Welcome to the CCOPO, a state wide group, dedicated to lobbying for property owners rights, promoting a positive climate for real estate investment and providing professional development forums for members, affiliates and vendors to interact and manage their business.

Beginning in 1972 as the Greater Hartford Property owners Association and expanded to serve all the state, CCOPO now has over 450 members, representing over 18,000 rental units. Together as a unified voice we have been effective at crafting positive statutes that benefit all property owners as well as, defending against legislation that would be harmful to our businesses. Our membership meetings and this website provide a forum for all property owners to be heard, as well as providing assistance to make your real estate experience a positive one. .
